Killing me Softly...

When I first saw this, I was shocked, too surprised because, well, due to the thematic of the Killing Stalking series, it would be very strange for someone to make a fanart depicting their characters, After a second sight and thought, I came to the understanding that this piece render an excellent tribute to the character it is based.

In the technical aspect, given the disturbing nature of the material this is based, I honestly believe this piece captures the esscence of both the character and the spurce material as a whole and depicts and summarizes it perfectly,

In regards to the composition, The harsh contrast between the bloody red background, with the black and white letters, just capture the chills and the feelings that the character expressions expresses, complementing it adequately.

In regards to the anatomy, The face is very proportional, and applies an excellent balance between both expressions (The regular one on the left and the abused one in the right) and also depicts adequately The original caracter body type and details, like his clothing style.

In regards to the expression, I definitely loved the one in the right as he depicts how troubled and abused this character is, while at the same time, he seems to actually prefer; It transfers a perfect mixture between his physical suffering and his craziness.

The originality of this piece falls absolutely into the coloring style, as it seems that some of the colors (The bloody red especially) Are made by some kind of oil-based pencil instead of the regular color pencil, the rest of the coloring is adequated and the shading is great.

Overall this is a great piece and an excellent tribute to the Source Material. I wish to encourage the author to keep the great work and creativty.
